Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce From Thomas Jane

It's no more 'me and you' for Patricia Arquette and her husband of two years Thomas Jane. The "Medium" star has filed for a divorce in Los Angeles court on Monday, January 5, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason of the split.

Patricia and Thomas were married in May 2006 and have a five year-old daughter named Harlow together. In the sprouting news that have been making rounds, Patricia reportedly is seeking a sole legal and physical custody of Harlow and will give visitation right to Thomas. Furthermore, Patricia is not pursuing any spousal support in the matter and similarly requests the court to deny him any.

With musician Paul Rossi, Patricia has a son, Enzo, who was born in 1989. She later on married actor Nicolas Cage in between 1995 to 2001 before engaged to Thomas in 2002.

Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband of more than two years, actor Thomas Jane, Los Angeles court papers filed Monday reveal. Arquette, 40, cited irreconcilable differences, and is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their daughter Harlow, 5, with visitation for Jane, 39. The couple were married in May 2006, but the exact date of separation is "to be determined," according to the Superior Court papers. The pair had met through friends around 2001.
